Luxury Apartments in Plaza Midwood

I love the village. It will forever feel like home to me. It’s an unbeatable community and environment to live in. The amenities and staff are wonderful. I don’t think I could say it enough, inn no love it here. Only complaints are pricing and maintenance, could be better.

We absolutely love living at the village at commonwealth. The concierge team is amazing and maintenance is so helpful and quick. My only suggestion for improvement is making all of the doors, apartment and building doors keyless and moving onto an app. Our last apartment had this feature and we do miss it. But otherwise I couldn’t ask for a better community.

I’ve lived at Village at Commonwealth for about 8 months, and I love it. The amenities, the neighborhood, and the community all make it the best place I’ve lived since moving to Charlotte 8 years ago.

Just moved here and the last month has been so great! Everyone that works here, especially the leasing office, has been very accommodating. All the amenities here are amazing as well.

The community is great so welcoming. The building is clean, pet friendly and is walking distance to so many great bars. Maintenance completes request very quickly & are polite.

I love living here! The neighborhood is so safe with restaurants, bars, and grocery store in walking distance. The amenities are always clean and the kindest staff members as well!

Village at Commonwealth is a great community located in a perfect spot in plaza! The amenities are endless here, friendly staff, the maintenance team is incredible, Justin and Armando are wonderful just to name a few from maintenance. This community really has something for everyone, whether you want to workout in a group setting, or socialize watching a panthers game together.

I recently moved into The Village at Commonwealth after weighing several choices of communities in Charlotte. I could not have made a better choice. It feels safe and welcoming throughout the neighborhood. There is so much to do within the community. As a foodie, I am in heaven, as there is no shortage of amazing restaurants within walking distance. I love it here!

Tre' was amazing, from the tour, to completing the leasing process. We just moved in but we are loving The Village at Commonwealth so far. You really can't beat all the great amentities.

The connivence of everything along with the amenities is incredible. The gym is always clean, having two pools is great and the sauna is a added plus.

One week in and I can't say enough. I feel at home, and safe - and you can choose from so many activities or choose to relax - the options are plentiful! Love the walkability. Love the natural surroundings - developers took great care in preserving trees and added more trees even!

Love the neighborhood and the dog park is great. I do wish it was easier and cheaper for current residents to switch apartment floor plans without getting charged and still getting a better rate than someone new.

I really like the neighborhood and the coffee bar at this community. The amenities, such as the game room, package center, and pool are really nice too.

the staff is great and friendly and our apartment is amazing! i've been blessed to live here and truly love the amenities and how close i am to everything! the trash service is incredibly helpful and our hallway stays quiet

I’ve been here for about 5 months and couldn’t be happier. The community is absolutely beautiful. Staff does an amazing job keeping up with everything. The residents are wonderful as well. I would highly recommend anyone new to the are to move here!

Living here has been an absolute dream. I love everything about the Village. The weekly training sessions are amazing and so great for general health and wellness. The weekly events and food trucks are soooo much fun. And the FREE coffee is the best cherry on top!

I can't say enough about my amazing experience here at The Village at Commonwealth. It started three months ago when I began working with my leasing professional Tre. He was without a doubt the best agent I worked with while touring all around Charlotte looking for a place to call home. I viewed over 9 different properties and he was the only one where it felt like I was being given a tour by a friend. Not someone trying to meet a quota. He took the time to understand what I want in a home and showed me the most amazing unit I could have imagined. I walked in and could envision this place being my home. From leasing to maintenance to the amenity staff to the groundskeepers to the residence. Everyone is friendly and it really does feel like an intimate community. I love getting my free morning coffee from Mark & Liz and the conversations we strike up. Omar from maintenance, who will update me anytime he drives by on his cart. To everyone else I can't fit into this review. Thank you!!!
