What kind of events do you have?
We host many different resident events! Some of those include weekly food trucks, weekly fitness classes, holiday celebrations, game nights, football watch parties, and so much more!
What is the art residency?
Every few months, we host a local artist to paint and show off their work at our on-site art studio. We occasionally host resident events there as well!
What is the guest suite?
Our Guest Suite is furnished and comes equipped with free WiFi, kitchen essentials, and so much more. Last, and certainly not least, visitors will have unlimited access to all the amenities our beautiful community has to offer. Spend less time coordinating and more time making memories at The Village at Commonwealth Guest Suite.
Can residents use amenities in both Phase I and Phase II?
Absolutely! Our residents have full access to all the amenities we have to offer!
What happens if something in my apartment needs to be repaired?
If something needs to be repaired, you can submit a maintenance request through the resident portal. Our on-site maintenance team will resolve any and all problems you might have!
Does your barista serve free coffee?
Yes! Our barista services complimentary, specialty coffee to all residents.
Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
Yes! The Resident Portal allows you to pay rent wherever you are!
Do you have dedicated parking for guests?
Yes! All of our street parking is free for guests. There are no time limits or restrictions to when guests can park there.
Does your apartment have a gym?
Yes! We have two fitness centers, both with workout machines, weight lifting equipment (power racks, free weights, kettlebells, barbells, etc.), cardio machines, and more. We also have a yoga studio, TRX equipment, Peloton Bikes, and weekly fitness classes.
Does your apartment have a pool?
Yes! Our apartment has two pools, both of which have sun loungers, cabanas, poolside seating, and more.

Utilities are separate from the rent and sub-metered to the apartment.

Are the apartments furnished?
No. However, we can provide third-party rental information!
